1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.
The seller agrees to accept a return based on mutual understanding.
The return request is made within 3Â days of delivery.
2. Return Process
To request a return:
Contact the seller through Pata Jumla’s platform and provide necessary details, including order number and evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.
If the seller approves the return, they will provide instructions on shipping the item back.
The buyer must return the item in its original packaging and condition.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed as follows:
Once the seller receives and verifies the returned item, a refund request is submitted to Pata Jumla.
Pata Jumla reviews the case and processes the refund within 7Â business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
Perishable goods, customized products, and digital downloads.
Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” by the seller.
5. Dispute Resolution
If the buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement, Pata Jumla’s dispute resolution team will mediate based on provided evidence. The final decision will be made in accordance with our platform policies.
